  We currently ship to customers within the United States.

  2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order is processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed to the carrier.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  TrueU operates using a dropshipping fulfillment model, meaning products ship directly from our supplier.

Estimated delivery time (U.S.):

• 4–8 business days after shipment

  Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  4. Shipping Rates

  Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

• Flat-rate shipping: $6.00 (unless otherwise stated)

• Free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout

  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  5. Tracking Information

  Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

  6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

  Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TrueU is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Failed delivery attempts

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

  Packages returned due to address errors or refusal are not eligible for refunds.

 7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will assist in contacting the carrier when possible, but we are not liable for carrier delays.

  8. Damaged Items During Shipping

  If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos or video of the damage

• Your order number

  Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

  9. International Shipping

  At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
